Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the Lisa Franklin Rewards loyalty programme operated by Lisa Franklin Ltd., 251 Brompton Road London SW3 2EP, under which members (“Members”) earn Rewards Points on eligible purchases and enjoy exclusive membership benefits in accordance with the terms outlined below (the “Programme”).

Lisa Franklin Ltd. operates the Programme for itself and on behalf of its group entities involved in offering Lisa Franklin products and services.

Membership

Upon joining the Programme, each Member will receive a unique account number, enabling participation in the Programme.

Membership is strictly personal and cannot be shared, transferred, or used for commercial purposes. Lisa Franklin Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or cancel membership, benefits, or rewards at any time. In such cases, accumulated Rewards Points will be forfeited without compensation.

Collecting Rewards Points

Members earn loyalty points (“Rewards Points”) on eligible purchases (“Qualifying Purchases”) at participating Lisa Franklin locations, online at lisafranklin.london, or via the Lisa Franklin mobile app. Rewards Points are allocated based on the Member’s total expenditure and membership tier at the time of purchase.

Points are calculated on the total transaction value, rounded to the nearest pound sterling, excluding shipping, taxes, and other non-qualifying items. Rewards Points cannot be earned on purchases made using previously redeemed points. If a refund or adjustment is processed, Rewards Points for the associated transaction will be adjusted accordingly.

Rewards Points, Members must present their Rewards Card or be logged into their account at the time of purchase. Requests to apply Rewards Points retroactively are subject to review and approval at the discretion of Lisa Franklin Ltd.

Membership Tiers

The Programme features three tiers:

Rose Quartz: Spend up to £4,999 annually.

Platinum: Spend between £5,000 and £9,999 annually.

Diamond: Spend £10,000 or more annually.

Tier status is determined by the total annual spend from January 1 to December 31. Upgraded tiers are retained for the remainder of the calendar year and the following year. Members must meet tier spend thresholds annually to maintain their status.

Refunds processed during the calendar year will reduce the Member’s total spend and may impact tier status.

Redeeming Rewards Points

Rewards Points are redeemable on qualifying purchases at the clinic only. Redemption is possible once a minimum balance of 500 points is reached, with increments of 500 points thereafter. Each 500 points is equivalent to £5 in value.

Rewards Points are valid for the calendar year they are earned, plus an additional two years, expiring on December 31 of the final year. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to excluded items (see Section 1.6).
