RETURNS

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided the goods have not already been dispatched. To cancel, contact us via email at orders@lisafranklin.london or call 0207 752 0217.

Returning an Item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused goods in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for goods that have been opened, used, or damaged after receipt, or that are not in resalable condition.
  • Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods in their original condition. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
